POLY RING BINDERS

Production time: 15-20 working days.

Poly ring binders are an excellent selection when you require a lightweight, durable material for such applications as reference and training manuals. These economical binders work well in demanding environments including excessive handling, extreme temperature variations, and exposure to liquid contaminants.

Specifications:

  • No screen charges.
  • Available in 15 standard colors.
  • Available in 6 ring capacities ranging from 1/2" to 2-1/2".
  • Available in thicknessess of .023, .035, .055 and .075 gauge poly.
  • Artwork cannot bleed across the hinge or off the edge.
  • Production time: 2-3 weeks after receipt of camera ready artwork for .023, .035, .055 gauge poly. Call for production time on .075 gauge poly.

BINDER COLORS & MATERIALS: (Click on link to see color chart.)
Colors of .075 guage poly are limited to white or black in soft matte, or white, black, par blue, medium blue, or red in crush grain. Soft matte finish will be supplied unless specifically quoted for crush grain. If you wish to match material color from a previous job or prefer crush grain material, please call for quotation.

BINDER CAPACITY: Binders are ordered by ring capacity, NOT by spine width. To determine ring capacity of the round ring, measure the inside diameter of the ring. For a D-Ring, measure the straight or angle part of the ring.
